Sourdough September

Hi Folks!

Here are some exciting updates to tell you about, going into September...


We are super proud to be supporters of The Real Bread Campaign and September brings "Real bread" into focus once more! 

All our sourdough is made with only 3 ingredients; Flour, Water and Salt. All the flavour and amazing shelf life comes from the high hydration, quality local flour and a long, slow ferment.

To celebrate this month, we are pleased to announce a selection of special loaves available every Saturday. Watch out for them in the window or order on our website. Flavours will change each week but you can expect to find our Museli loaf, Marmite and Cheddar, and Olive and herb to make an appearance!



Make sure you have Wednesday 21st September in your diaries! Pizza club is back with a great choice of flavours, including a sweet pizza! Collect from the bakery anytime between 17.30 and 20.00. We feed you free garlic bread whilst your pizza is made to order and then you enjoy our long ferment sourdough pizza at home. Pre-order on the website NOW to avoid missing out!


After the success of our impromptu brunch rolls last month, we've decided to make our brunch club a thing. On Saturday 10th September, make sure you are down early to get your hands on our brunch rolls, only £4, and stuffed with fillings. Choose from:

- Local Bacon and Sausage brioche roll with tomato and chilli ketchup.

- Garlic mushroom and spinach, with a crispy potato rosti on our vegan brioche roll, with tomato and chilli ketchup.


We will shortly be launching a refer a friend scheme where you and a friend can get 15% off your order when they order for the first time. We want everyone to have the chance to eat real bread made using local ingredients and our best spokesperson is you! Watch out for more information on our website!
