Shipping policy

Free delivery for orders £10 or over. Any combination of bread or pastries can be selected to bring the total value of £10 or more, including items being delivered on different days. Any orders under £10 have the option to collect for free from the bakery, or pay a £4 delivery charge.

If you have selected PICK UP at check out, your order will be ready to collect from:

09.00 - 14.00 Wednesday to Saturday

Please ensure you have read our order cut off times and selected the correct day for your desired product.

Cut off - 12 noon the day before fulfilment i.e. 12 noon on a Tuesday for fulfilment on the Wednesday. Orders placed after this time will be fulfilled the following day/week.

Delivery Times - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE - Wednesday to Friday From 11.00 - 15.00, Saturday: From 08.30 - 13.30. We are working hard to bring deliveries to you earlier and with a more accurate time slot. Occasionally delivery may be outside of these times due to poor weather and traffic conditions, or staff sickness and equipment failure etc. Please check our Instagram and Facebook stories for updates. If we are unable to deliver to you, you will be offered an alternative delivery day OR a full refund.

Using a discount code for delivery or pick up?

Please note, if the discount is dependent on delivery method, your order will be fulfilled as such.

EG) If you use a PICK UP discount code on an order for DELIVERY, your order will be held at the bakery for you to collect instead.
