We are small but growing team and want to spread our knowledge of sourdough and pastry to as many people as possible.

Please note, at this time we are unable to take on novice bakers and interns as we do not have capacity to teach as well as bake. In the future we intend to run an internship programme to develop individuals and support talent to excel at bread and pastry.
Full time Baker
- 40 hours per week, only 2 night shifts in every 4 weeks starting at 11pm, otherwise 3am earliest start, 5pm latest finish. 2 days off per week, 1 set, the other on rotation. Experience required in leading a bakery team.
- 6 - 8 hours Saturday and Sunday 07.30 - 11.00
Mid Week Bakers (with occasional weekend shifts)
- 12 - 22 hours per week Monday to Friday 03.00 - 17.00, experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery required.
