A half day workshop learning the fundamentals of how to successfully make and bake sourdough and yeasted bread at the Rise Bakehouse Bakery. 

Throughout the morning  you will learn about the different processes and techniques, from using different flours and additions, how to mix, shape, prove and baked homemade bread. 
By the afternoon, you will have made a range of breads including:
Sourdough loaves
Sourdough Focaccia
Baguettes and ciabatta 

    No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of the baking team!

    Drinks, snacks will be provided.

    At the end of the workshop, you will leave with tried and tested recipes that you have used throughout the morning, bread you have made and a Rise Bakehouse sourdough bread making kit ( starter, bread basket and dough scraper) to get your home bread making off to a great start.

    The course will be run by the founder of Rise Bakehouse, so throughout the day you will be able to draw on his knowledge, experience and passion for bread making both as home and professional bakers.
