Making homemade sourdough pizza
A two hour workshop learning the fundamentals of how to successfully make and bake sourdough pizza at the Rise Bakehouse Bakery.
Throughout the workshop you will learn about the different processes and techniques; different styles and toppings, how to mix, shape, and bake a range of homemade pizza.
By the afternoon, you will have made a range of pizza including Neapolitan, Chicago Deep-Dish, Calzone, dough balls and a variety of toppings savoury and sweet.
No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of the baking team!
Drinks, snacks and pizza will be provided!
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with tried and tested recipes and the knowledge of how to make range of pizza at home either in a conventional kitchen oven or a pizza oven.
The course will be run by the founder of Rise Bakehouse, so throughout the day you will be able to draw on his knowledge, experience and passion for bread making both as home and professional bakers.
