Making Doughnuts !

 A half day workshop learning how to make, fry, fill and decorate doughnuts. 

Throughout the morning you will make the Rise Bakehouse doughnut and a range of filings and glazes that turn your golden globes into next level taste sensations. 

By the end of the morning you will have made a range of doughnuts including:
classic Jam, custard and Apple doughnuts 
Maple pecan
Lamington Doughnuts 
And Hot Cross Bun doughnuts! 

    No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of the baking team! Drinks and snacks will be provided. At the end of the morning, you will leave with tried and tested recipes, the bakes you have made.
    Be warned you will leave with a lot of doughnuts! Please bring with you airtight containers to transport your items home.
    The course will be run by the founders of Rise Bakehouse, so throughout the day you will be able to draw on their knowledge, experience and passion for all things baked both as home and professional bakers.
